The Scientific Testing Center "SAMTES" has been accredited by Gosstandart (Federal agency for technical regulation and metrology) under GOST R Accreditation System for сertification bodies and
Test Laboratories. It has been also accredited under "Electrosvyaz" certification system and the system for accreditation of
laboratories of the State Sanitary-and- Epidemiological Service of the
Russian Federation.
1.  We test the following groups of products: - Information technology products;
- Electrical equipment;
- Consumer electronic products
 2. We offer help to domestic manufacturers before the commencement of serial production of their products in order to prevent possible difficulties in connection with certification due to non-compliance to national and international
standards. Thus we "offer support" to our customers in the context
of overcoming technical difficulties during the whole life cycle of
products.
3. We can develop and prepare technical and technological documentation, description of configuration and operating manuals, markings and labels and passports for products and a number of other documents.
