Issuance of CB certificates.
CB certificates are issued in accordance with the document of the National Certification Body (NSB) GOST Re titled: "Regulations and Procedures of the National Certification Body GOST Re for the work on the recognition of the results of the certification and tests of the electric equipment according to the CB IECEE scheme, including results of tests and certificates issued by NCB’s of the country members of the IECEE and procedures of issuance of the CB Certificates". This document can be delivered by the executive body of the NCB GOST Re (VNIIS) on request.
Recognition of CB certificates.
The National Certified Body recognises and issues certificates according to the CB IECEE scheme based on the results of tests of the electric equipment (CB IECEE scheme).

When making a decision on recognition of a certificate, an expert bases on the conformity with those IEC standards, which have the status of state standards of Russia. In case of certification of electric equipment NCB’s recognise the certificates, which have been issued by the following authorities: - National Certification Bodies of the countries, which have signed the "Agreement on the recognition of results of tests";
- National Certification Bodies, which are members of other international certification systems, which have signed "Agreements on the recognition of results of tests";
- National Certification Bodies of other countries recognised under the CB IECEE system.
